WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Congressman Austin Scott today announced his appointment as House Vice Chairman of Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) for the 115th Congress.

“It is an honor to serve as the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus Vice Chairman for the 115th Congress,” said Congressman Austin Scott, who represents Georgia’s Eighth Congressional District. “This bipartisan caucus does vital work not only protecting and advocating for the American sportsman and woman, but also conserving our natural resources for future generations.”

The CSC, the largest bipartisan caucus on Capitol Hill, works on behalf of sportsmen and women to pass legislation that will protect lands and secure the sporting lifestyle for future generations.

Congressman Austin Scott joined the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus in the 112th Congress when he was first elected to serve as the U.S. Representative for Georgia’s Eighth Congressional District.
